Rowy Beach

10 min on foot

A wide, sandy beach tucked between dunes and pine forest. Calm even in August - the main entrance is just steps away from ul. Bałtycka.

The beach runs the length of the village. In the middle, the Łupawa river empties into the Baltic, and the fishing harbour splits it into west and east sections.

In high season - 1 July to 31 August, 10:00 to 18:00 - two lifeguarded swimming areas are staffed: Rowy West and Rowy East. Outside those hours the beach quiets down; an evening walk is worth the crossing from one side of the harbour to the other.

The dog beach is about 500 metres west of the main entrance - marked and equipped. Off-season and after the swimming areas close at 18:00, the whole beach is open to your dog on a leash. The eastern end borders Słowiński National Park: the further from the harbour, the quieter it gets.
